S Tier Operators
Let’s take a look at all of the operators in this tier:
Hibana
Hibana is an Attacker type operator that uses Type-89 CQB as the primary weapon. The X-KAIROS Launcher is Hibana’s one-of-a-kind device, capable of firing explosive pellets that may be remotely detonated at the same time and pierce reinforced walls. At Operator level 2, the launchers reload and detonation times are halved. Operator level 7 increases the launcher’s total number of rounds to four.
Sledge
Sledge is an Attacker type operator that uses L85A2 – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Sledge is a soft breacher and flanker who specializes at establishing new lines of fire and entrance sites while annoying the defenders. Sledge can break non-reinforced surfaces thanks to his tactical breaching hammer, The Caber.
Jager
Jager is a Defender type operator that uses 416-C – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Jager can assist his squad in establishing a defensive stronghold before patrolling the area to intercept flanking attackers. He is capable of destroying incoming projectiles thanks to his special deployable gadget, the Active Defense System, or ADS.
Ash
Ash is an Attacker type operator that uses R4-C – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Ash is a fast-moving front liner who can breach, flank, and divide the Defender’s focus in seconds. Ash’s customized M120 CREM Breaching Rounds allow her to do ranged soft breaches.
Valkyrie
Valkyrie is a Defender type operator that uses MPX – Submachine Gun as the primary weapon. The quick deploy camera, encased in a tinted silicone ball coated in micro-suction cups, keeps a clear vision thanks to an integrated gyroscope that controls the angle of the lens. The suction cups allow the camera to attach to any surface, while the gyroscope-mounted lens maintains the camera’s angle and focus. The live video feed is accessible to all operators.
A Tier Operators
Let’s take a look at all of the operators in this tier:
Smoke
Smoke is a Defender type operator that uses M500 – Shotgun as the primary weapon. Smoke’s toxic gas grenades provide strong area denial, especially in the late game when attackers are trying to plant or rush the objective. His ability to hold chokepoints and force attackers to retreat makes him a critical operator for slowing down pushes. While his gadget requires careful timing, in skilled hands, Smoke can be a game-changer.
Thatcher
Thatcher is an Attacker type operator that uses L1A1 – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Thatcher’s EMP grenades disable defender gadgets like Bandit’s Shock Wires, Jäger’s ADS, and Mute’s jammers, making him essential for coordinated pushes. While he doesn’t directly frag as much as others, his utility opens up crucial pathways for the rest of the team. Thatcher’s strength lies in making hard breaches possible, but his utility is lessened if defenders bring fewer gadgets.
Thermite
Thermite is an Attacker type operator that uses 552-Com – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Thermite is a quintessential hard breacher, capable of opening reinforced walls with his exothermic charge. His role in breaching key defensive setups is unmatched, though he often needs Thatcher or another operator to clear defender gadgets before he can act. His utility is irreplaceable in many situations, making him a strong pick on most maps.
Mute
Mute is a Defender type operator that uses M590A1 – Shotgun as the primary weapon. Mute’s Signal Disruptors can stop drones, breaching charges, and other electronic gadgets. His area denial is valuable, but he is outshined by Bandit when it comes to stopping hard breachers, as Mute’s jammers are more vulnerable to Thatcher’s EMP grenades.
Glaz
Glaz is an Attacker type operator that uses OTs-03 – Designated Marksman Rifle as the primary weapon. Glaz is a back-line marksman who can soft breach and provide cover fire from a distance. Glaz is capable of ranged shooting thanks to his special sight ability: HDS Flipsight.
B Tier Operators
Let’s look at all of the operators in this tier:
Twitch
Twitch is an Attacker type operator that uses F2 – Assault Rifle as the primary weapon. Twitch is a disabler and intelligence operator. She can use these abilities as either a remote back-line support or an aggressive entry fragger. Twitch’s unique skill allows her to disable devices remotely. RSD Model 1 Shock Drone.
Bandit
Bandit is a Defender type operator that uses MP7 – Submachine Gun as the primary weapon. Bandit can electrify reinforced walls with his Shock Wires, making it much harder for attackers to breach. He is essential in maps that require heavy fortification, and he works well in tandem with Jäger or Mute to deny breaches. Bandit can also “Bandit trick,” placing Shock Wire after attackers use gadgets like Thatcher’s EMP, making him incredibly valuable.
Rook
Rook is a Defender type operator that uses MP5 – Submachine Gun as the primary weapon. Rook is an anchor and buff Operator who can bolster the Defenders, giving them a significant edge in a firefight. Rook can shield himself and his teammates with his special ability, R1N “RHINO” Armor.
