Red Dragon Legend-Hunger Chest Dinosaur Guide to Increase Combat Power
In Red Dragon Legend-Hunger Chest, dinosaurs are a unique and essential part of the game, offering various benefits and rewards that can significantly boost your progress. Understanding how these dinosaurs work, their role, and how to maximize their potential is crucial for both new and veteran players. This guide will break down everything you need to know about dinosaurs, including their mechanics, strategies, and tips to make them even stronger for a higher account CP (Combat Power).
What are Dinosaurs?
Starting with the most basic question, these Jurassic-era animals are the backbone of the entire game. As you begin your account creation journey, you are given a choice to select 1 out of 3 available dinosaurs. If you’re familiar with the history or watched any Jurassic Park movies, these represent either tetrapods, T-rex, or Stegosaurus. Regardless of your choice, all of these dinosaurs are equally the same and do not differentiate outside of their look and appeal. This is because these dinosaurs are supposed to represent the player and innately do not have any special abilities.
Dinosaur Equipment
Each dinosaur in Red Dragon Legend – Hunger Chest can have up to 12 pieces of equipment. All of the pieces of equipment come in different rarities and levels. In the beginning, you will likely have access to lower-tier equipment but will eventually move on to better ones as you consistently provide meat to the dinosaur and scratch the dino egg. The pieces of equipment are for the following areas:
- Face
- Horn
- Tooth
- Thorn
- Wing
- Fin
- Foot
- Claw
- Feather
- Trinket
- Wrist
- Stone
Each piece of equipment provides a certain number of stats to your dinosaur on top of giving it more CP to function with. All equipment come in 7 different grades:
- Mythic
- Legendary
- Epic
- Outstanding
- Excellent
- Superior
- Normal
The probability of getting each graded piece of equipment changes as you progress in your dino egg level. In the beginning, you are more likely to get only Normal and Superior grade equipment, but as you progress, you will slowly work through getting better equipment. Once you start getting the Outstanding grade of equipment, you will realize that gear above the Outstanding grade has additional passives that will further help you in combat when facing tougher enemies. These passives cannot be upgraded sadly, and you will constantly be searching for higher grade/level equipment to better suit your needs.
Meteors
Meteors remain an additive set of equipment that can be used with a Dinosaur to provide them with additional stats and some extra passive abilities. Many of these meteors are unlocked via spending Diamonds, hence, it would be recommended to start saving them instead of mindless spending. Players can also level up and advance their Meteors to give even more stats and CP to the dinosaur.
The currency used to upgrade Meteors also drops through adventure stages and events quite rarely and in scarce numbers. It’s advised that you do not waste them on useless Meteors that will be replaced soon with a better one.
Partners
Partners are going to be your main sidekicks in battles. Not only do they have access to amazing active and passive abilities, but they add a major chunk to your overall CP value. Much like any other aspect of the game, partners can also be upgraded by increasing their levels or promoting them to higher ranks.
Partners can either be summoned or purchased via in-game microtransactions. If you’re in the boat to spend some bucks, then nowBux by BlueStacks remains the perfect platform to get even more rewards. It is an all-new rewarding system that allows players to earn nowBux currency when making purchases on games played in the BlueStacks store. This currency can further be used to redeem exclusive packs and rewards such as summons, skins, diamonds, etc.
Partners also come in different grades, much like equipment and meteors. When you look at the summoning rates, you will realize that you’re better off winning the lottery than summoning an S+ grade partner. Well, not to worry, as the game has employed a pity system that guarantees an S-grade partner within 10 refresh tries. Honey is the main currency required to summon and obtain new partners. Players can get more Honey via the World Boss or the Marketplace.
Players can enjoy Red Dragon Legend-Hunger Chest on a PC or Laptop, complete with their keyboard and mouse via BlueStacks!
