Awaken: Chaos Era – New Heroes Thor, Aubry, Aurea, and Jabez Added in Latest Update
New games in the turn-based RPG genre of mobile gaming are expected to release new heroes/champions fast in order to diversify the pool of heroes available to players. But the pace of new heroes being added in Awaken: Chaos Era, the turn-based RPG by Century Games Limited is extraordinary. The game launched globally at the start of 2022 and has released over 30 new heroes since its inception. It seems the game shows no signs of stopping as the latest update for the game see’s even more new releases. Awaken: Chaos Era is available to be downloaded as a free-to-play title on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The new update for Awaken: Chaos Era can be seen already live in-game as it was implemented on 6th July 2022. The update was introduced majorly to release 4 new heroes to add to the ever-growing roster of champions. Some other new functions that are being added to the game include the ability to set up a Custom Gear Set for each individual champion in your inventory. A Multiple Discard Gear system where players will be able to instantly sell their unused gear is also being implemented. Players will be able to access this function if they are Player level 10+. Some balance adjustments for specific heroes are also mentioned in the official patch notes present on the game’s official website. Thor – New Water Elemental Unit
Thor is a Legendary rarity Water elemental unit from the Sylvan Woodlands Faction. Thor has a high base Attack of 1376 and a medium base Defense of 634. His usability in the PvP content is unmatched, especially against teams that have a lot of high base Defense. He deals true damage with his abilities and can further inflict tons of Bleed debuffs. Thor is easily countered by heroes that can cleanse debuffs or by heroes that can put up immunity buffs for allies. Players can build Thor with Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%/Attack%, and Attack% as main stats. We recommend using Divine/Dragonscale/Guard set of gears and emphasizing Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%, Focus, and Speed as sub-stats.

Werewolf (Trait)
Converts 60% of Health damage dealt to this character from enemy attacks into Delusive Health for 1 turn. Converts (50% → 100%) of Health damage taken into True Health if affected by Delusive Health. Grants (1 → 2) Block at the start of the battle.
Delusive Health: Converts a percentage of damage taken into True Health. [Unremovable]
Block: Each Block reduces damage taken by 15%. Each attack on this character removes 1 Block.
Werefrenzy (ATK)
Grants a Focus boost before launching 2 attacks for 120% total damage against an enemy with each attack a 100% chance of applying Bleeding for 2 turns.
Level 2: Damage +10%.
Level 3: Damage +10%.
Bleeding: At the end of the turn, deals damage based on the caster’s Attack.
Pounce (Passive)
Counterattacks against any attacker affected by Bleeding to strike a team member with [Bloodrage]. Deals 100% damage plus True Damage equal to 10% of Max Health against an enemy (or 3% of Max Health against bosses) at the cost of 10% Health.
Level 2: Damage +10%.
Level 3: Damage +10%.
Level 4: Damage +10%.
Bleeding: At the end of the turn, deals damage based on the caster’s Attack.
Blood Moon (ATK)
Deals 200% damage to the target while ignoring all positive effects on an enemy plus a bonus [Lunar Instinct] combo against all enemies dealing 100% damage and inflicting an unblockable Bleeding for 2 turns if in Delusive Health.
Level 2: Damage +20%.
Level 3: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Level 4: Damage +20%.
Level 5: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Delusive Health: Converts a percentage of damage taken into True Health. [Unremovable]
Bleeding: At the end of the turn, deals damage based on the caster’s Attack.
Lunar Instinct (ATK) (Ultimate)
Deals 100% damage to all enemies and applies an unblockable Bleeding to the target for 2 turns.
Level 2: Damage +10%.
Level 3: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Level 4: Damage +10%.
Level 5: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Bleeding: At the end of the turn, deals damage based on the caster’s Attack.
Aubry – New Dark Elemental Unit
Aubry is a Legendary rarity Dark elemental unit from the Soulplunders Faction. Aubry has a medium base Attack of 1210 and a medium base Defense of 625. Aubry has a very high base HP of 7009 and a Speed of 135. Her usability as a Support/Healer is unmatched among legendary grade heroes, ranking her up quite high on the tier list for PvE and PvP content. Players can build Aubry with Speed/HP%, HP%/Defense%, and HP%/Defense% as main stats. We recommend using Raider/Dragonscale/Revival/Terra set of gears and emphasizing Speed, HP%, Defense%, and Focus as sub-stats.

Revenantal (Trait)
Heals any team member under enemy attack below 50% Health for 15% of Max Health. Cooldown: 1 round. (Ascension → Removes a negative effect from a random team member at the start of the turn.)

Deals 100% damage to an enemy and heals whichever team member has the lowest percentage of Health remaining for 8% of Max Health.
Level 2: Damage +10%.

Soul Devotional (ATK)
Applies Attack Up and Crit. Damage Up to a team member for 2 turns and a bonus turn at the end of the round to a team member.
Level 2: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.

Level 4: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Attack Up: +30% Attack.
Crit. Damage Up: +30% Crit. Damage.
Blood Moon (ATK) (Ultimate)
Deals 150% damage to all enemies and applies No Positive Effects for 2 turns. Grants teamwide Immune for 2 turns.
Level 2: Damage +10%.
Level 3: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Level 4: Damage +10%.
No Positive Effects: This character will not be affected by any subsequent positive effects.
Immune: This character will not be affected by any subsequent negative effects.
Aurea – New Dark Elemental Unit
Aurea is an Epic rarity Dark elemental unit from the Titan Icelands Faction. Aurea has a high base HP of 6452 and a high base Defense of 673. Aurea is all about taunting enemies and countering speed teams in the PvP content. Surprisingly, many players are using Aurea to help in Void Tower stages as well due to her Taunts. Aurea needs to be built extremely bulky and tanky. Players can build Aurea with Speed/HP%/Defense%, HP%/Defense%, and Focus/HP%/Defense% as main stats. We recommend using Raptor/Terra/Raider set of gears and emphasizing HP%, Defense%, Focus, and Speed as sub-stats.

Deals 80% damage to an enemy, with a 60% chance to apply Unhealable for 2 turns.

Savager Strike (ATK)
Deals 100% damage to an enemy and applies Taunt and Attack Down II for 2 turns.

Attack Down II: -50% Attack.

Shadow of the Savage (ATK) (Ultimate)
Removes 2 positive effects from an enemy. Deals 150% damage to the target and applies Taunt for 1 turn. Grants Spiked Restoration for 3 turns.
Level 2: Damage +15%.
Level 3: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Level 4: Damage +15%.
Level 5: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Spiked Restoration: Restores 15% of Max Health upon taking damage.

Jabez – New Dark Elemental Unit
Jabez is an Epic rarity Dark elemental unit from the Soulplunders Faction. Jabez has a high base Attack of 1296 and an extremely low base Defense of 488. Jabez is looking out to be one of the best epic-grade heroes with his skills that can grant him Invincibility and reduce the cooldown on his ultimate skill. Players can build Javez with Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%/Critical Hit Damage%, and Attack% as main stats. We recommend using Warrior/Cursed/Divine set of gears and emphasizing Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%, Critical Hit Damage%, and Agility as sub-stats.

Chaos Rain (ATK) (Ultimate)
Deals 300% damage to an enemy that scales based on the difference between this character’s and the target’s initial Attack. Grants Invincible for 1 turn upon defeating an enemy, and cannot critically hit.
Level 2: Damage +20%.
Level 3: Damage +20%.
Level 4: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
Invincible: This character will not take any damage.
