Both are SSR grade characters with an emphasis on PvP functionality. As per leaks, the new characters should arrive in-game by the next week along with a major update bringing on new events as well.

Vetto (Despair) Active and Passive Abilities

Vetto (Despair) is an SSR Sense type character that is from the Defender class. Check out his abilities:

Destructive Strike (Active Ability)

Unleashes a furious blow on an enemy, dealing damage.

Attacks after granting up to 40% [Increased DMG Dealt] as a buff in proportion to lost HP.
