Idle Heroes has dominated the Idle RPG markets for almost a decade now! The game shows no signs of stopping as it constantly adds new characters with intriguing mechanics that allow for more team-building entertainment! In the latest update that took place on 5th January 2024, the developers have shown their care for the player during the New Year’s period! After going silent for a whole week, this much awaited brought tons of new events that were specially designed as part of the New Year’s theme. The new update and its contents can already be seen live in-game as the patch was concluded on 5th January 2024. 

Daily Gift Event

The core event of Idle Heroes! The premise is simple – you get rewards in your mailbox for just logging in each day. Keep in mind, the logins need not be continuous but within the time period of the event. Here are the rewards:

DAY 1: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Secret Pumpkin Soup x 4

DAY 2: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Secret Pumpkin Soup x 4

DAY 3: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Secret Pumpkin Soup x 4

DAY 4: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Secret Pumpkin Soup x 4

DAY 5: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Secret Pumpkin Soup x 4

Shelter Mission Event

The Shelter Mission event is one of the only events that does not require any sort of spending to be able to redeem all the prizes. The requirements of the event are simple – you will be given some missions that are unique. These missions are available from the event page section. Completing them will reward you individually. Sometimes the missions can be quite hard but mostly they are doable if you are anywhere in the mid-late game stages. 

Witches Feast Event

The Witches Feast event is a great spooky event that seems more suitable for Halloween than New Years. But it seems DHGames have anyways implemented it in the live version of Idle Heroes. The premise of the event is simple, players can get a special event currency called “Secret Pumpkin Soup” via auto-battles in any of the campaign stages. A redeem shop is available for players to exchange their collected Secret Pumpkin Soups for some luxurious rewards. The event ends on 12th January, 2024. 

Adventure of the Brave 2.0 Event

The Adventure of the Brave 2.0 event is an upgraded version of the same event that ran past year! The event can already be seen live in-game as it started on 5th January 2024. Take on the role of an explorer, slay the malicious dragon, and rescue the princess! Overcome every obstacle and finish the journey as an adventurer. The adventurer experiences various events throughout the seven stages that make up the entire journey. After every stage is completed, the adventure will be restarted. In Version 2.0, no matter which route or decision you make, you will end up with the same ending. Different endings do exist but you will firstly need to complete the adventure and claim all the rewards to experience them. 

Celebration Commission Event

The Celebration Commission event is a simple mission-based event! The event can already be seen live in-game as it started on 5th January 2024. The premise of the event is quite simple – complete different commissions assigned to you in order to gain points.  You will get a ton of rewards according to the points you accumulate and milestones that you reach.

New Year’s Replacement Event

The New Year’s Replacement event is one of the best events to replace some of the costumes and legendary heroes you got last year! The event can already be seen live in-game as it started on 5th January 2024. You may swap out your chosen heroes, artifacts, and skins for other heroes, artifacts, and skins of the same level throughout the event. 

Joyful Q/A Event

The Joyful Q/A event tests your wits through and through! The event can already be seen live in-game as it started on 6th January 2024. The event page will ask some basic and some tricky questions regarding the heroes available in the game. Answer them correctly and win juicy rewards! There are multiple stages in this event. As you progress, the questions get tougher but the rewards get juicier.
