Idle Heroes are the leading Idle game, pioneering new events and game modes for the genre. Developed and published by DHGames, Idle Heroes are known for their weekly updates that bring in tons of new events along with juicy rewards. While the recent updates have been quite repetitive, it seems DHGames are going back to their old schedule of events as the month April draws to an end. The newest update can already be seen live in-game as it was implemented on 28th April, 2023. Idle Heroes can be downloaded as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Let’s take a look at all the new events that are ongoing post update.

Daily Gift Event 

A classic, easy to complete, and efficient Daily Check-in gift event that rewards players on logging in to the game. Simply, go to the Shop and claim your daily free gift. As usual, each player can collect the gift 1 time per day and the rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox. Here are the rewards received on each day:

DAY 1: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Umbrella Flower x 100

DAY 2: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Umbrella Flower x 100

DAY 3: Ordinary Dice x 4 + Umbrella Flower x 100

Shelter Mission Event

Shelter Mission is a unique event in Idle Heroes that comes around once in a while. This event is quite simple and easy to complete, provided you understand the basic rules. To put it simply, players are required to take up and accept missions offered through the event page. Thereafter, players can consume their heroes, Gems, or gold to complete the missions. Each mission can only be completed one time. The rewards are quite generous and these missions tend to be on the easier side if you have enough gems and gold.

Players can get juicy rewards, among the likes of 5-Star hero fragments and high tier gear just by feeding the required tier of heroes in the given slots.

Imp’s Adventure

Imp’s Adventure is a re-run event that also occurs once in every 2-3 months on an average. Players are required to roll for a dice in the event and get rewarded based on which square it lands on. There are different types of dices and different types of rewards. Sounds confusing? Well, it’s quite easy to understand once you get to know the rules:

• Tap to throw the dice, and your Imp will move forwards based on the roll. You can use a Lucky Dice to determine its roll.
• You’ll get stars when your Imp passes by or stops at a Starry Mushroom. When your Imp stops at it, the Starry Mushroom will be upgraded by 1 level, up to level 3. (Passing by the Starry Mushroom does not upgrade it.)
• When your Imp stops at a resource workshop, you’ll get its items, and the workshop will be upgraded by 1 level, up to level 3.

Huts cannot be upgraded. When your Imp stops at a hut, you’ll encounter the following events:

Wishing Hut: When your Imp stops at a Wishing Hut, you’ll get an Ordinary Dice.

Lucky Hut: When your Imp stops at a Lucky Hut, you’ll get a Lucky Dice.

Karma Hut: When your Imp stops at a Karma Hut, you’ll move forwards if your next roll is even, and backwards if it’s odd. The distance you move forwards or backwards is equal to your roll.

Fortune Hut: When your Imp stops at a Fortune Hut, you’ll need to select one of the three tarot cards. Each card has a unique effect! 5. You can claim rewards after collecting enough stars. For more details, please tap the ‘star’ icon at the event interface.

• After all the star-collection rewards are claimed, they will be automatically reset and become available again.
• After this event ends, each unused dice (including Ordinary and Lucky Dice) will be automatically converted into 2 stars, and the players will get star collection rewards accordingly.
• When your Imp moves backwards, you won’t get stars or other resources, and the buildings won’t upgrade when your Imp stops.

The Jungle of Fantasy event is a one-of-a-kind event that makes use of an event currency known as “Umbrella Flowers”. Players can get more Umbrella Flowers from their daily mail as part of the Daily Mail event and through farming the campaign mode repeatedly. These Umbrella Flowers can further be exchanged for different goodies in the event page.

The items up for exchange are as follows:

• Mysterious Artifact Selection Chest x 1 – Umbrella Flowers x 3600 (Can only be exchanged 1 time)
• Glorious Flag Selection Chest x 1 – Umbrella Flowers x 3200 (Can only be exchanged 1 time)

The Soul Awakening Gala is a repetitive event that comes every month. This is also widely considered as the best time for players to awaken their heroes to new tiers as they can get points for the event. Depending on the tier of the hero awakened, the points are given successively.

Soul Contract

The Soul Contract event is one that goes hand-in-hand with the Soul Awakening Gala event. This is a great event for players that are looking to get some Contract Starry Gems in exchange for their duplicate 6-Star heroes. Many late game players might have multiple copies of heroes that are of no use to them. Hence, we recommend to 6-Star them and get these Starry Gems through the event. For new/ early-game players this event might not be doable as it requires a lot of fodder.

Here are the rewards given for each exchange made in the event:

• Input a Dark Elemental 6-Star Hero – Contract Starry Gems x 150
• Input a Light Elemental 6-Star Hero – Contract Starry Gems x 150

During the Summer Melody event, reach the designated points to obtain a chance to open the corresponding treasure box. Each treasure box contains a different set of prize pools. Make sure to open the treasure boxes before the event ends on 5th May, 2023 after server reset.
