Lord of Heroes – Focused Training Room, Alchemist Shop Changes and Mystic Beast Hunt Mayhem
The newest update for Lord of Heroes is already here! The official release for the update is 9th August 2022 but the developers regularly post the update notes a few days before the actual patch gets implemented. Players can take a look at their official website to get more information regarding Lord of Heroes and the communities for players interested in the game. That said, Lord of Heroes has always been the underdog turn-based battler that releases new content once in a while. However, when it does, it’s guaranteed to be polished and well implemented regardless of the size of the content. This update marks the 1st one for the month of August 2022 and players can expect some heavy changes to the current game modes as well as a completely new game mode targeted toward the new players. Lord of Heroes can be downloaded as a free-to-play title on both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
The new update focuses a lot on improving existing content along with introducing a new game mode. The new game mode, titled “Focused Training Grounds” is exactly like an AFK feature that was needed for Lord of Heroes. We will learn more about this feature in the article. Some important changes are made to the existing Alchemite Shop. A new edition of the Mystic Beast Mayhem Hunt is also scheduled to take place in the coming week which gives players tons of resources. Let’s check out all the new things coming to Lord of Heroes with the 9th August 2022 update.
Focused Training Ground
Focused Training Ground is the newest content coming to Lord of Heroes with this patch. Players will be able to access the Focused Training Ground from the Dakkeon Training Grounds after they have cleared Chapter 6 Stage 12 on the Normal Difficulty mode of the main story. Here’s a gist of how players can train their heroes in the Focused Training Ground:
- When they enter the Focused Training Grounds, players will notice 2 different types of portraits of heroes. The portraits which are lit up represent the heroes that are available to be trained on the right-hand side of the screen. The portraits which are dimmed represent the heroes that are not available to be trained in the Focused Training Grounds.
- The heroes who have reached their maximum level are automatically unavailable to be trained in the Focused Training Grounds.
- After selecting the available heroes in the Focused Training Grounds, players can simply select the type of training they want to be done – Special Training or Normal Training. Special Training provides 2 times more experience to the heroes compared to normal training but players are required to watch an advertisement.
- Players can then select the duration for which the heroes are to be trained. The duration can be 2 hours/ 4 hours/ 8 hours.
- 2 Hours – 12,000 Experience gained/ 4 Hours – 18,000 Experience gained/ 8 Hours – 24,000 Experience gained.
- To view the progress of your hero who’s in training, a portrait of the hero along with the essential details of the training will be showcased in the Dakkeon Training Grounds. Players can also choose to terminate the ongoing training if needed.
Another thing to note is that players only have a limited number of chances of using the Special Training as they can only view limited advertisements every day. If the hero reaches maximum level before the completion of designated training time, the over-gained EXP will disappear after training. Heroes that are currently taking part in the Focused Training Grounds are not going to be available to be used in any other content.
