Popular anime gacha shooter Goddess of Victory: NIKKE has recently introduced a major update to the title that brings a bunch of fresh content to the game. The patch adds a brand new character to the game alongside a fan-favorite returning character. It also brings with it a few events that the players can engage in to earn themselves lots of exciting in-game rewards. NIKKE ‘License To Kill’ Update: New Characters

The latest NIKKE update, which was introduced to the game on April 13th, adds a new character to the game – SSR D. Elysion SMG Attacker D can do some serious AoE damage to her enemies, but she’s especially proficient at taking down bosses. She also grants stun immunity to all her teammates during boss battles. On top of that, she has a Burst Skill that can boost damage dealt to specific enemy parts. D is certain to win the hearts of NIKKE players who are looking to add a character that specializes in taking down bosses to their roster.

Alongside D, players will also be able to encounter a returning character in the game – Alice. Both the characters can be recruited from the ‘Special Recruit’ menu in the Lobby.

New ‘License To Kill’ Story Event

The new ‘License To Kill’ story event has already started with the latest patch. The event will only be available from April 13, 2023 up until April 27, 2023, 4:59:59 (UTC+9).

During the event, players can earn various rewards by heading over to the ‘License To Kill’ event page and completing stages to win event items. Event items can then be used to exchange various rewards, such as Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials, in the event shop.

Other Events

There are also a few other events that have been included as part of the latest patch for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. These include a 7-day login event, a ‘Full Burst Day’ event on the weekends, and a ‘Coordinated Operation event’.
