RAID: Shadow Legends stands to be one of the most popular turn-based RPGs in the mobile market, grossing over $20 million USD monthly and harbouring an active player base of over 10 million players. The latest patch, titled as version “9.20” provides a deeper insight into champion re-balancing with over 3 mythical grade champions getting nerfed/buffed. Some new additions include redesigning of player profile and addition of badges. Let’s check out everything added to the game with the latest update!

Redesigned Player Profile and Badges

The Player profile has been re-designed to help players show off their collected achievements and all-new badges. These badges are essentially virtual highlights given to players for completing certain goals. Badges come in different categories, such as:

  • Account Progression – These Badges represent your in-game progress and how far you’ve come in building your Champions.
  • Game Modes – These Badges recognize your achievements in various game modes.
  • High Scores – These Badges show off your top rankings and high scores in a variety of in-game activities such as Events and Tournaments

Once earned, you can publicly display up to six Badges on your Player Profile. More Badges will be introduced throughout time for various activities and new features, so be sure to acquire as many as possible!

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Check them out:

  • Improvements in Champion AI against Hydra: when playing on Auto, Champions will now prioritize attacking a Hydra Head that is actively digesting a Champion.
  • Fixed an issue where buffs with a duration of one turn stolen by Borgoth’s Vile Absorption would not expire when their duration was decreased by Gharol Bloodmaul’s Kill or Cure [P].
  • Fixed an issue that caused Firrol the Barkhorn’s Spirit of the North [P] skill to stack on teams with multiple Firrol the Barkhorns.
  • Fixed a problem in which [True Fear] debuffs ignored the Refresh Accessory’s ability to prevent skills from being put on cooldown.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a red dot indicator to show in Siege upon re-entering the game.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Progress Mission “Ascend a Champion to Level 5 of Ascension” from being completed when a Champion was directly ascended to Level 6.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented Progress Missions that required players to clear Dungeon stages on Normal from redirecting players to those specific Dungeons if the previous Dungeon Stage they accessed was in Hard Mode.
