Rise of Kingdoms – New Ranged Legendary Commanders Dido and Zhuge Liang Skills and Abilities
Rise of Kingdoms, the SRPG (Strategic Role-Playing Game) is a city-builder game that takes into account different city-builder and town management features. The 2 New Commanders – Zhuge Liang and Dido can already be seen live in-game. Players can download and install Rise of Kingdoms as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

Dido – New Ranged Commander
Dido, the first commander of the newly released series of commanders is a legendary grade commander that specializes in Archery. She is also classified as a Ranged Garrison Support type commander in-game. Dido’s description reads the following – “Dido, also called Elissa, in Greek legend, the reputed founder of Carthage, daughter of the Tyrian king Mutto (or Belus), and wife of Sychaeus (or Acerbas).
Her husband having been slain by her brother Pygmalion, Dido fled to the coast of Africa where she purchased from a local chieftain, Iarbas, a piece of land on which she founded Carthage. The city soon prospered, and Iarbas sought Dido’s hand in marriage. To escape from him, Dido constructed a funeral pyre, on which she stabbed herself before the people.”

Burning of Xinye (Active Skill) – Deals direct damage to a target troop (Damage Factor 1200) If the target is a rallied army, this skill also reduces the skill damage Of up to 5 enemies near this commander’s troop by 10% for 3 seconds.

Queenly Zeal (Passive Skill) – Archer units led by this commander gain 10% increased Attack. While garrisoned in a Stronghold or your city, the normal attacks of this commander have a 5% chance to inflict the Ambushed effect on the target troop for 3 seconds, which prevents the target troop from benefiting from the effect triggered by being surrounded. This effect can trigger once every 8 seconds.

While garrisoned in a Stronghold or your city, the normal attacks Of this commander’s troop have a 30% chance to reduce the target Defense by 40% and inflict the Ambushed effect for 3 seconds, which prevents the target troop from benefiting from the effect triggered by surrounded. This effect can trigger once every 8 seconds.
Zhuge Liang – New Archer Commander
Zhuge Liang, the second commander of the newly released series of commanders is a legendary grade commander that specializes in Archery, Open Field handling, and Rallying Cities. Zhuge Liang is classified as a Ranged Siege-type commander in-game. Zhuge Liang’s description reads the following – “Zhuge Liang, Wade-Giles romanization Chu-ko Liang, courtesy name Kongming, (born 181, Yangdu [now Yinan, Shandong province], China—died August 234, Wuzhangyuan [now in Shaanxi province], China), celebrated adviser to Liu Bei, founder of the Shu-Han dynasty (221–263/264).
Zhuge, to whom supernatural powers often are ascribed, has been a favored character in many Chinese plays and stories. Legend states that Liu Bei, then a minor military figure, heard of Zhuge Liang’s great wisdom and came three times to the wilderness retreat to which Zhuge had retired to seek him out as an adviser. It is known that Zhuge helped Liu organize a large army and found a dynasty.”

Burning of Xinye (Active Skill) – Deals direct damage to up to 5 nearby enemy troops (Damage Factor 1200). Damage dealt to each target is reduced by 15% for each additional target. In addition, all targets deal 5% less damage for the next 3 seconds.

This effect can trigger once every 5 seconds.

LongZhong Plan (Passive Skill) – If this commander contains only archer units, it deals 5% extra skill damage. Normal attacks from this commander’s troop have a 10% chance to increase the Attack of their archer units by 25% for 3 seconds. This can trigger once every 5 seconds.

Marquis Zhongwu (Passive Skill) – Whenever this commander uses an active skill, their troop gains the Marquis effect (increases dealt by 2%) for 10 seconds if it does not already have it. If their troop contains only archer units and it has the Marquis effect, whenever this commander uses an active skill, they will consume the Marquis effect to deal direct damage to up to 3 nearby enemy troops (Damage Factor 700) direct damage dealt through this method is not affected by buffs to skill damage.

Chu Shi Bao (Expertise Skill) – Upon entering battle, this commander’s troops gain the Marquis effect (10% increased damage) for 15 seconds. Each time their Burning Of Xinye or Marquis Zhongwu skills deal skill damage, this commander’s troop immediately gains 30 Rage.
