Introducing the State of Survival Cherry Blossom Festival
State of Survival is adding a series of mini-events to celebrate the Cherry Blossom Festival. Additionally, this event is also happening in real life in Japan and is usually held during this time of the year when cherry trees blossom.
There are various tasks or minigames that you can complete in this event that will each give you different rewards. Some of them can be as simple as logging in to the game and you can instantly get rewards. The other tasks, however, can be more complicated. These are the mini-events you can play:
Night Cherry Contest
The Annual Night Cherry Contest has been organized by the Final Hope. The contestant who can find the most Sakura Sake under the moonlight wins. Complete the following objective and collect enough Sakura Sake. The event will be divided into multiple stages including Heroic Development, Hero Gear, Chief Badge, Infected Elimination, Rapid Strength, Chief Power Up.
Complete tasks during each stage to earn points. Hitpoint targets to get Sakura Sake. Total points from each stage will decide your ranking and rewards which may include Sakura Sake. It can be used in the Home-brewed Sakura Sake event. Biocaps are used to purchase skins or make deposits at the incubator but will not contribute towards the bio cap stage.
Sakura Sake can only be used during the event and points can be earned using speedups, hero fragments, and hero gear in your backpack.
This event will have a total of seven phases with different tasks in each phase. Here are the tasks you need to complete:
Phase 1
- Get points through Epic searches
- Get points through advanced searches
- Use speedups on construction, research and training buildings
- Use plasma cores
- Use hero fragments
Phase 2
- Use hero gear parts and hero gear designs
- Use speedups on construction, research and training buildings
- Consume biocaps
Phase 3 and 4
- Increase highest score of chief’s gear badges
- Use speedups on construction, research and training buildings
- Consume biocaps
Phase 5
- Unite to attack infected friends
- Kill the infected
- Use plasma cores
Phase 6
- Increase highest score of chief’s gear badges
- Use speedups on construction, research and training buildings
- Consume biocaps
Phase 7
- Get points through epic searches
- Get points through advanced searches
- Use hero fragments
- Increase highest score of Chief’s Gear Badges
- Consume Biocaps
Sake Scent Trial
During the event, 3 types of tasks will be unlocked daily. Complete the unlocked task during the entire event period to receive task rewards. After completing a certain number of tasks, you will get additional rewards. At the end of the event, unclaimed rewards will be issued automatically by mail.
Hanami Preparations
You can obtain Sakura Sake by using speedups and biocaps, gathering resources in the wilderness, collecting resources in the settlement, killing infected, and conduct exploration. Sakura Sake that you find will be sent directly to your backpack.

Bright and Brave
In this mini-event, you are gonna need to collect Cherry Blossoms which can be exchanged for wonderful rewards like the Nanami Valkyrie statue.
Fox Demon
You can use an item called Fox Mask which allows you to locate fox demons in the wild. These are the rewards you can get when you successfully defeat the fox demon:
- 7 times Sakura Sake
- 100 Biocaps
- 4 times 100 Chief EXP
- 5 times Combat Manual II
Home-brewed Sakura Sake
This is where you use all the Sakura Sake that you have gathered in this event; for every Sakura Sake you pour into the bowl the more rewards you will get. Unclaimed Rewards will be sent to the reward stash. You can also get more rewards by purchasing epic crates. These are the rewards you can get when you purchase the crate:
- 2 times Legendary Hero Fragment
- 1k Biocaps
- 8 times 1-hour speedup
- 50 times Skin ticket
- 50 times Plasma core
- 15 times Legendary hero badge
- 6 times Sakura Season Surprised Chest
- 3 times Festival Custom Crate
- 3 times Legendary Skill Book
- 3 times Epic Search Map
- 2 times 50k Combat Manual IV
- 1 time 10k Combat Manual III
Bug Fixes
These are the in-game issues that were fixed during this patch:
- The issue of preventing players from clicking the daily check-in icon and collecting their daily rewards has been fixed.
- The issue where players are unable to clear tiles in Underground Shadow Exploration has been fixed.
- Aircraft stats that were failing to take effect have been fixed.
- The issue where players are faced against enemies with higher Battle Power when the same formations were deployed has been fixed.
- The issue where players are greeted with an error when attending the Mining Mayhem Event has been fixed.
