N-INNOCENCE- is one such game that was promised to be released sometime in 2022 but was delayed due to development delay. Asobimo INC, the developers and publishers of the game had promised players a new and fresh take on the existing fighting RPG genre combined with that of traditional gachapon mechanics. Well, good news for lovers of the genre, as N-INNOCENCE- has finally announced that their official global release is creeping closer than before. N-INNOCENCE- will be available as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. In fact, the game is currently holding a closed beta test in Canada that is fully functional and playable. N-INNOCENCE- disguises itself as an Action RPG when in reality it’s more of a tap and touch stylized combat that does not require your usual virtual joystick. Players can simply tap on their screen in order to jump, attack, and dodge attacks. The type and number of touches will determine which action will be deployed. Apart from the movement and basic attacks, all characters in N-INNOCENCE- have their own unique set of skills that can also be used actively or passively. Simple tap and flick controls is the core aspect of the game. This makes the game quite simple to understand while retaining the fluidity of the controls that everyone loves in an Action RPG. N-INNOCENCE- uses state-of-the-art technology and artstyle to give players a feel of action packed and responsive combat. The vibration control in the game is a nice addition as players can get the feel of power when they do multi-hit combos and use abilities. 

How to Install and Play N-INNOCENCE- on your PC with BlueStacks

1. On the BlueStacks website, search “N-INNOCENCE-” and click on the relevant result.
2. Click on the “Play N-INNOCENCE- on PC” link on the top left.
3. Download and install BlueStacks on your PC.
4. Click on the “N-INNOCENCE-” icon at the bottom of the app player.
5. Complete the Google Sign-in to install the game.
6. Click the “N-INNOCENCE-” icon on the home screen to start playing.

Regarding the storyline, it’s more of a mixed bag of goodies rather than being straightforward. The story is a crossover from various mythologies, including Norse, Japanese, and Greek mythology. From Siegfried in Norse mythology to Prometheus in Greek mythology, the combinations of gods are endless. The official prelude to the story in N-INNOCENCE- states as follows – “You wake up in an unknown place. The girl who calls herself “Nye” says. I will kill you…The girl who calls herself “Nya” says. I will protect you…

The entire focus of N-INNOCENCE- is to provide players with the best possible and lucrative combat scenarios. The backgrounds in the combat change according to the time and place in the story along with being fully live 2D. The sprites for the characters are fully Live 3D and players can also choose to view their L2D and splash arts in character codex. 

The combat mechanics of N-INNOCENCE- places it at a higher notch than your usual ARPGs. A new type of combo hit system called “Link” can be observed in-game where players can make use of the character switch to dish out more damage to enemies while generating multi-hit combos at the same time. Players can switch out between 4 characters at the tap of a button. Using the link system, players can deal more damage in a shorter span of time while also extending on their combo multipliers. Players can also link abilities of other characters to trigger bonus effects.

N-INNOCENCE- is pursuing quite a tough genre to crack as a lot of competition exist in the competitive space of ARPGs. Rivalling the likes of Punishing: Gray Raven, Honkai Impact 3, and Genshin Impact, it will be interesting to see how this new age ARPG by Asobimo INC will perform.
