Possessing the Void affinity advantage, this champion’s hits are neither weaker nor stronger to other champions. This gives him a clear advantage as he can be taken against any team and expected to perform the same. Genbo the Dishonored is an Epic rarity Void affinity champion from the Shadowkin faction. Genbo the Dishonored was released in RAID: Shadow Legends long back in 2021 but the champion has recently seen more use after his buffs. Further, being free for Amazon Prime members, more players have had access to the champion, boosting his usage even more. Genbo the Dishonored is an attack-based champion which means that the damage from his skills and abilities scales according to his base Attack. This is great as his base Attack is quite decent at 1409 which is significantly higher than other similar champions of his level. Genbo the Dishonored’s skill damage multipliers are pretty bad on his 1st skill but godly on his 2nd skill. This is in line with the way players should play him in battles. Genbo the Dishonored is not your usual DPS type champion but more of a turn 1 nuker that can potentially kill all enemies with his 2nd AOE-targeted skill. His passive allows Genbo the Dishonored to ignore all Unkillable buffs, making him a direct counter to Maneater team compositions. Sadly, his utility in general PvE content is quite low since he’s not a good consistent DPS champion. Genbo the Dishonored is mostly used in PvP content such as the Classic Arena and Tag Team Arena.

Masteries are one of the core aspects as to how any champion will be built and play out. They essentially dictate the route players want to go with their champion. Usually, there is a lot of freedom allowed as many players like to experiment a lot with their champions like testing different build paths and different masteries. However, there is little to no wiggle room for masteries in the case of Genbo the Dishonored here. He is what you would call your standard AOE damage dealer in RAID: Shadow Legends. He is used for mostly PvP content in the game such as the Classic Arena and Tag Team Arena. If you are planning to use Genbo the Dishonored for dungeons or PvE content like Doom Tower and Clan boss, then we recommend going for masteries like Warmaster. However, in this section, we will be sharing the best masteries that are used by players in both PvP and PvE content for Genbo the Dishonored.

GENBO THE DISHONORED GENERAL PVE/PVP MASTERIES

OFFENSE MASTERY TREE

Deadly Precision: Critical Rate +5%

Keen Strike: Critical Damage +10%

Shield Breaker: +25% damage to targets with a [Shield] buff.

Single Out: Increases damage inflicted to targets with less than 40% hp by 8%.

Ruthless Ambush: Increases damage inflicted by 8% for the first hit on each enemy.

Bring It Down: Increases damage inflicted by 6% when attacking targets with higher MAX HP.

Opportunist: Increases damage inflicted to targets with [Stun], [Sleep], or [Freeze] debuffs by 12%.

Methodical: Increases the damage inflicted by this champion’s default skill by 2% each time it is used in battle. Stacks across each round in a battle, up to 10%.

Blood Shield: Places a [Shield] buff on this Champion for 1 turn when this Champion kills an enemy. The value of the [Shield] is equal to 15% of this Champion’s MAX HP. Occurs once per turn.

Helmsmasher: Has a 50% chance to ignore 25% of your targets DEF. For skills that ignore DEF, this 25% is in addition to the amount ignored by the Skill.

DEFENSE MASTERY TREE

Tough Skin: Defense + 75.

Blastproof: Decreases damage from AoE attacks by 5%.

Resurgent: Has a 50% chance to remove 1 random debuff from this Champion when they lose 25% of their MAX HP or more from a single enemy skill.

Delay Death: Reduces the damage this Champion receives from a specific enemy by 0.75% with each hit taken from that enemy, Damage reduction stacks up to 6% for each enemy.

Retribution: Has a 50% chance to counterattack when this Champion loses 25% of their MAX HP or more from a single enemy skill.

Offensive Tree

Deadly Precision: Critical Rate +5%

Heart of Glory: +5% damage when attacking with full health.

Keen Strike: Critical Damage +10%

Single Out: Increases damage inflicted to targets with less than 40% hp by 8%.

Whirlwind of Death: Increases speed by 6 for each enemy you have killed, stacks across rounds in a battle, to a maximum of 18 speed.

Bring It Down: Increases damage inflicted by 6% when attacking targets with higher MAX HP.

Methodical: Increases the damage inflicted by this Champion’s default Skill by 2% each time it is used during battle. Stacks across each round in a battle, up to 10%.

Kill Streak: Increases damage inflicted by 6% in the arena and 3% in all other locations for each enemy killed by this Champion in Battle. This stacks across each round, up to 12%.

Warmaster: Has a 60% chance of inflicting bonus damage when attacking. Bonus damage is equal to 10% of the target Champion’s MAX HP or 4% of the target’s MAX HP when attacking Bosses. Bonus damage can only occur once per Skill and does not count as an extra hit.

Pinpoint Accuracy: Acc + 10.

Charged Focus: Increases ACC by 20 when this Champion has no skills on Cooldown.

Swarm Smiter: Increases Acc by 4 for each enemy alive. Stacks up to 16.

Cycle of Magic: Has a 5% chance of decreasing the cooldown of a random skill by 1 turn at the start of every turn.

Lore of Steel: Increase base stat bonuses provided by Artifact sets that offer base stats by 15%.

Lasting Gifts: Has a 30% chance to extend the duration of any buff cast by this Champion by 1 turn. It will not extend [Block Damage], [Unkillable] or [Revive on Death] buffs.

Genbo the Dishonored Artifact and Stat Recommendations

Genbo the Dishonored is without any doubt a nuker in RAID: Shadow Legends. He requires hefty amount of DPS stats such as Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%, and Critical Hit Damage% to function effectively as a potential AOE-targeted nuker. His skills boast great damage multipliers and we would recommend you to upgrade his skills for the best damage output in battles. We highly recommend building Genbo the Dishonored for PvP content first and PvE content second as his sheer amount of Nukes can only be used consistently in short Arena and Tag Team Arena battles.
